A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed by Balloon & Decor.

Any special instructions
Changes to booking details may be subject to availability and additional charges.
All prices are communicated to the customer before confirmation of the booking. Additional charges may apply for extra decorations, materials, transportation, venue requirements, last-minute changes, or services not included in the original booking.
The customer agrees to make payments according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the booking date, advance payment, materials purchased, preparation already completed, and other costs incurred by Balloon & Decor.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or modify a booking.
Any applicable refund will be processed according to the cancellation terms communicated during the booking process.
Decoration designs shown on our website, social media, or promotional materials are for reference purposes. Actual decorations may vary slightly due to availability of balloons, flowers, props, colors, materials, venue conditions, lighting, and other practical considerations.
Where necessary, Balloon & Decor may substitute a particular item with a similar item of equal or comparable value.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that Balloon & Decor has reasonable access to the venue at the agreed time.
The customer must inform us in advance about any venue restrictions, permissions, parking limitations, security requirements, or other conditions that may affect installation.
Delays caused by the venue, customer, venue management, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect installation and setup time.
Customers may be responsible for any damage caused to our decoration materials, props, equipment, or other property due to misuse, unauthorized handling, or actions by guests or third parties.
Any applicable charges will be communicated to the customer.
Where appropriate, Balloon & Decor may take photographs or videos of completed decorations for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes.
If a customer does not want their event decoration photographed or used for promotional purposes, they should inform us before the event.
All website content, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, text, branding, and other materials belonging to Balloon & Decor are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
Some events may involve third-party venues, vendors, suppliers, photographers, caterers, or other service providers. Balloon & Decor is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or service quality of independent third-party providers unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Balloon & Decor will make reasonable efforts to provide services as agreed. However, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, traffic restrictions, venue restrictions, power failures, government restrictions, accidents, or other unforeseen events.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
